How to Prepare for a Job Interview — AI Prep Guide

Learn how to use the AI Interview Prep Coach to generate tailored questions, practice answers, and walk into any interview feeling confident.

Step 1: Enter the job title you're interviewing for
Be specific — 'Frontend Engineer' generates different questions than 'Software Engineer'. The AI tailors questions to your exact role.
Step 2: Add the company name (optional)
Adding the company name allows the AI to factor in the company's known culture, values, and interview style. Even an approximate company type (e.g., 'early-stage startup') helps.
Step 3: Select your experience level
Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, or Executive. This adjusts the depth and complexity of the questions. A senior-level system design question is very different from a junior behavioural question.
Step 4: Choose the interview type
Select from Behavioural, Technical, HR Screening, Case Study, Leadership, or others. Each type uses a different question framework — behavioural uses STAR, technical uses problem-solving prompts, etc.
Step 5: Generate your 10 questions
Click Generate. You'll receive 10 tailored questions, each with a tip on how to approach it, a model answer scaffold, and a full sample answer you can adapt.
Step 6: Practice out loud
Read each question, close your laptop, and answer it out loud. Then check the model answer. This active recall method is far more effective than just reading the answers.
